"Good oils, just a bit pricey"
I’ve been happy with these so far. The oils smell clean and strong, not like the cheap watered-down kind, and bottle packaging was fine when it arrived. I’m giving 4 stars because price still feels high for the size. I like what I got, just wish it was little more affordable.

"I’ll admit, I was kind of…"
I’ll admit, I was kind of expecting checkout to be a hassle, but it was actually quick and easy. I found what I needed, paid with my card, and got the order confirmation right away. No weird errors, no extra annoying steps, so yeah, I guess I’m happy with it.

I was expecting some ridiculous back-and-forth, but the refund went through just fine. Got my money back quickly, so no complaints here

"Shipping was just okay"
My order did show up fine, but the shipping took a little longer than I expected. I kept checking the tracking from the email receipt, but it didn’t really update for a few days, which was kind of annoying. Once everything arrived, the products were packed well and nothing was damaged. Overall, not a bad experience, just not the fastest shipping.
"Packaging Needs Better Care"
The box showed up dented, which was frustrating to see. Thankfully, the bottles inside were okay, but shipping damage like that shouldn’t just be brushed off. Someone needs to be a bit more accountable for how these are packed and handled before delivery.

"order was spot on"
i’ve ordered from young living a few times now, and my most recent order showed up exactly how i placed it.
every oil and item was right, with nothing missing and no wrong sizes. the box was packed neatly too, so it was super easy to go through and check everything.
i always get a little nervous with bigger orders, but this one was totally correct. it definitely makes reordering feel less stressful when everything arrives just like expected.

"Good oils, but the experience felt disorganized"
I did like a couple of the oils I tried, so it wasn’t all bad. But the whole ordering process and customer support felt kind of messy. The prices are high, and when you can’t get clear answers easily, it makes the whole thing feel a little frustrating. I also noticed mixed feedback from other people, and that kind of matched my experience. Maybe it’s just how the company usually operates, but based on this one order, I’m not sure I’d buy from them again

I’m particular about subscription stuff being simple to adjust, and this was easy. I changed my monthly order and skipped one box without any hassle. I also really appreciate that the dates are clearly shown, because it saves me from having to double-check everything and stress about it

They looked into it, explained what had happened, and got it fixed without making it a big ordeal. It ended up being way easier than I thought it would be, so I’m really happy with how they handled it.

"Pretty decent experience overall"
I joined mostly for the business side of things. The training was helpful, and the people were nice, really nice. I will say the sales part took more work than I expected, like more work than I had in my head going in. Still, overall it was a decent experience.

I actually really like that the autoship isn’t locked into the same thing every month. I can move the date, switch items, or just skip it if I’m stocked up. At first I thought, great, another subscription headache, but nope — it’s been surprisingly easy and way less stressful. I don’t end up with a bunch of extra stuff sitting around.

The points are definitely helpful, but I’ll admit I get a little lost trying to keep track of them. Maybe it’s just me not checking often enough or being too busy to pay close attention, but it can get kind of confusing after a while

"I was actually surprised by…"
I was actually surprised by how natural these oils smell. They’re not that fake, perfumey kind of scent you sometimes get. The lavender especially reminds me of walking past the lavender in my garden, which I really liked. I don’t know, it just feels more like the actual plant than... anyway, I’m happy with them.

"Good oils, but support could be better"
I actually do like some of the oils I’ve tried, but the consultant support wasn’t the best. It took a few days to get a response, and when I finally did, it felt kind of rushed. I ended up having to figure out most of my order issue on my own, which was frustrating.

"Smells nice, but I’m not fully sold"
I’ll give them this: the stuff does smell really good. But the prices feel steep for what you actually get. Their website and descriptions make everything sound super fancy and carefully crafted, but i’m always a little skeptical of that kind of polished brand talk. At the end of the day, it’s nice-smelling product, just not sure it’s worth the price.

"Nice to know what I’m paying for"
I’ve ordered from Young Living a few times now, and one thing I really appreciate is how easy it is to check the ingredients. I’m careful about what I bring into my home, especially when the prices aren’t exactly cheap, so I like being able to see what’s actually in the oils and other products before I buy. It makes me feel a lot better about spending the money and ordering again.

"Not quite what I expected"
I bought this thinking it would run all night without any issues, but that hasn’t really been my experience. It does last a while, but I feel a bit misled by the way it was described. I was expecting something more reliable for overnight use.
